Thank you for shopping with Turning The Leaf. This policy explains how we process and ship orders using USPS within the United State.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or USPS holidays.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping Only

We ship within USA only and do not currently offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery time includes order processing time + USPS transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, USPS delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected USPS shipping method and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date
Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
